Who you hire as your real estate agent matters - A LOT. The difference can vary from losing money to netting a thousand dollars to a few hundred thousand dollars and it all comes down to your agent's level of experience. If you want to have the best chance of success and work with a full-time real estate professional with strong sales, negotiation, marketing, consulting and communication skills, please reach out.

There is no one size fits all approach when working with me. Each property is unique, and each property deserves undivided attention and support. Unlike working with a big team, I will not hand off the sale of your property to a junior agent as soon as I have a signed contract from you. I am present from the beginning to the very end.

What to expect

Once we have a commitment to work together, I will devote the full breadth of my resources to ensure the sale of your property is an extraordinary success. My sales process includes these 4 steps.

Post Launch Strategy

Once your property is ready to be shown, we will go live. Immediately thereafter 20,000 agents in the brokerage community will be notified.

Ongoing Efforts

This includes high level targeting on social media, marketing campaigns, consumer websites, neighborhood only open houses, video walkthrough marketing, amongst other efforts.

The Closing Timeline

I will constantly communicate with the buyers agent and their bank to make sure the process on their end is moving as expected. I will coordinate the appraisal, inspection, unstaging of the home, cleaning, final walkthrough and the closing with all parties involved.
